We operate a no smoking policy in our vehicles.

     

 

The client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers. We reserve the right to invoice the client for any repairs, replacement parts or valeting costs arising from damage to the vehicle or its fixtures caused by the client or passengers.

     

 

The driver may refuse to transport passengers or luggage if the vehicle is overloaded and may terminate the booking if the client or passengers cause excessive delays, are disorderly or, in the driver's judgement, are unfit to travel.

     

 

Although we will endeavour to meet deadlines we accept no responsibility for any delays, however caused.

     

 

Passengers are required to wear seat belts when fitted.

     

 

No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at any location.

     

 

Although we will take every care, no responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property.
