The booking fee includes an ivory ribbon on each car.
Where possible we would be pleased to make an additional journey to take the Bridesmaids/Pageboys to the Wedding.
Optional extras can include Champagne for the journey, flowers in the car or just about anything else that will make the day perfect.

Please note the following:
Every care is taken to maintain our elderly vehicles in good condition, but in the unlikely event that the car booked is unable to complete the booking due to mechanical failure, accident or any other cause whatsoever, we reserve the right to substitute the car at short notice, whilst we will do our utmost to provide a satisfactory alternative, or return any pre paid deposit or hire charge, no liability will be accepted by us for any consequential loss.
Hirings are for three hours from agreed arrival time at Brides house to finish time at reception plus 1/2 hour travelling time from base to first pickup and 1/2 hour travelling from destination to base. Longer time or distances would attract a supplement.

A deposit of £100.00 per car is required with the booking form, the balance of the hire charge is payable 1 month before the wedding. Please make cheques payable to "Eastgate Vintage Ltd." In the unfortunate circumstances of a cancellation, given at least 30 days notice in writing, we will return 50% of the deposit.

Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the hirer understands and accepts the stated Terms and Conditions. Payment of the deposit signifies such acceptance.
